Terms of Service
Last updated: October 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Tiggey LLC ("WKLY", "we", "us") about your use of the WKLY website at weeklybudget.app, the WKLY iPhone and Android apps, and the WKLY connector for AI assistants (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
What WKLY is
WKLY is a budgeting tool. It helps you plan your money week by week and track income, bills, spending, loans and savings goals. WKLY is not a bank, lender, broker or financial, tax, legal or investment adviser, and nothing in the Service is professional advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.
- Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us right away at weeklybudgetapp@gmail.com if you think someone else is using your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (My Profile → Delete Account). Deleting it removes your budget data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your data
Your budget data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you. How we collect, use and share information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Bank connections
If you choose to connect a bank account, the connection is provided by Plaid Inc. under Plaid's own terms and privacy policy. Bank data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and we are not responsible for errors in information we receive from Plaid or your bank. Always check important numbers with your bank.
AI assistants you connect
You can let an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT read your WKLY budget through the WKLY connector. The connection is read-only, starts only after you sign in and approve it, and you can disconnect it at any time in My Profile → Connected AI Apps. The AI assistant is run by another company under its own terms and privacy policy. Answers from an AI assistant can be wrong; WKLY is not responsible for what an AI assistant says or does with your data once you have shared it.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service. For example, don't:
- break the law or use the Service for fraud;
- try to get into another person's account or data, or into parts of the Service you aren't allowed to use;
- interfere with, overload, scan or attack the Service, or get around its security or limits;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
Price
WKLY is currently free. If we add paid features later, we will tell you the price and terms before you are charged.
Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may change, add or remove features. We may update these Terms; if a change is important we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the new Terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be error-free, always available, or that its calculations fit your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Tiggey LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost money, profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Tiggey LLC is organized, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
